# Common Troubleshooting 1. Gateway Intents Error: Check that you have these options enabled in your Discord bot. If they are not enabled, enable them.

# Instalation Make sure you follow all the steps in order. If you have a problem, ask for help on my discord server. You must have NodeJS version 18 or higher installed on your system: 1. Download the zip file and unzip it. 2. Use the "npm i" command to install dependencies. 3. Edit the .env file and enter the "TOKEN" and "CLIENT\_ID" of the bot. 4. Run the bot using the command `node run start` #### IMPORTANT!!! Make sure you have these options activated!

# Addons How to install addons to RU-CORE Download the add-on, unzip it, add the obtained folder to the `./addons/` folder
### Example: 1. Download and unzip the Addon to install.

2. Copy the unzipped folder to `./addons/`

3. Restart the software

You can donwload this bot from github [clicking here](https://github.com/synthlat/). ### How does the bot work? The bot uses [Discremy](https://docs.discremy.com/) as its base, which is based on DiscordJS. It requires a MongoDB database to work. Make sure you have NodeJS v20 or a higher version Both the backend and frontend projects have an .example.env file which is a sample of the data that needs to be filled in the .env file *(Create the file if it does not exist)* After completing the necessary data install the dependencies using `npm i install` and start the bot using `npm run start`

# Instalation # Setup MongoDB In this example I use mongodb.com Create an account and create a Cluster (you can use a free plan)

Select Compass option to connect.

If you not have Compass installed, install it from

Copy the connection URI.

Go to "Network Access" in "SECURITY" section and add the IP ADDRESS "`0.0.0.0/0"`

In your Compass aplication, paste the connection URI, and pess Connect.

Finally create a new database with the collection "guilds".
